Vacation Rental FAQs for Colorado, Montana & Idaho Stays
Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is 10 am.
No smoking inside
No parties
While we love pets and have two dogs ourselves, our HOAs for Breckenridge, Whitefish, and Driggs do not allow guests to bring pets. The Hilltop A-Frame in Fairplay is our only dog friendly rental!
The fees paid by us and you help ensure both groups are covered with insurance. The fees on this site are 10% less than Airbnb for a guest though (4% here vs 14% on Airbnb).
Cleaning fees are what our cleaners charge and go directly to them, there is no additional padding on the cleaning fee. This ensures our cleaners are paid a living wage in expensive tourist areas.

Peak Properties
Married, 30 somethings living in Denver & Breckenridge, CO with a love of world travel, wine, and good friends! Breckenridge is a very special place to us, in fact we were married there in 2018. We stumbled upon Whitefish, MT a few years back and fell in love with it immediately. We are newer to the Teton Valley but being outdoor enthusiasts we aren't sure if there is a better spot! Being so close to Grand Teton, West Yellowstone, Grand Targhee, & Jackson Hole is unbeatable. All towns offer endless fun and experiences that we can’t wait to share with you. We want to make your Breckenridge, Whitefish, and Driggs vacations the best they can be!
